Find an Incentive–
Go out and buy a shirt/skirt/pants that you realistically think you will be able to fit into in 2-3 months…. Drop the current size you are fitting into now. Hang it up where you can see it and say to yourself every day "I AM GOING TO FIT INTO THAT!" Keep following your daily exercise and food program and at the end of those 3 months try it on…Think positive and keep going.
I can honestly tell you that I have experienced both life styles being the way I was at over 190kilo’s, and what I am today at 98 kilo’s. The life style I prefer is obviously NOW! Life has never been better and I feel great!
I remember how I used to feel at 190 kilos always tired and depressed because I couldn't do most things like go carting because I couldn't fit into the cars, not being able to go to the movies because the seats weren't wide enough, going to normal cloths shops to buy the latest fashions and worst of all, handling the heartless comments, and uncomfortable stares from people and school kids. I've been there and I don’t want to feel like that again.
Time to Change-
Have you ever felt the urge to resort to food when things go wrong? Oh yes I hear you say. Well it’s time to stop. Don’t go to the fridge, go to the gym, or if you can’t make it to a gym go for a walk, or buy a punching bag, they are really good to take your frustration out on and a great work out.
Change your diet. Start by cleaning out your fridge and pantry. Get rid of all fatty products and replace them with fresh fruit’s vegetables and stick to healthy products.
